Panda Express

This location on Broadway/Graves in El Cajon is our favorite Panda Express. Parkway Plaza location is excellent, also, but we don't go to the Mall very often. This location is very handy for us to get to, and their food is so good. We like the Teriaki chicken. Theirs is juicy and tender without too much blackening or charring. Their Shrimp and Steak dishes are good, also, but we try to not eat sweet or gravy like sauces. We get our chicken with no sauce, also. The flavor is great without it! Their servers are always happy, attentive, genuinely nice, and helpful. You can sample any item in case you'd like to try something new. The place is kept clean and the employees seem to care about each other, and their customers! We stop in almost every week or more.

Not a good experience. I waited in line for food 15 minutes to go order.when I got to my destination and ready to eat, I notice they didn't give me my full order. Was charged for it, but didn't receive it.

You know what I noticed about Panda Express they seem to have a lot of chicken entrees on the menu! The restaurant itself the couple of times I've been in there has been clean no clutter on the tables and no nastiness. Considering I went in 30 to 45 minutes before closing they had plenty of food.I would like to see a little more variety on the menu something other than chicken and their standard beef.
